The things people ask before sending a photo
- How fast is the free preview?
- Usually the same day, and always within 24 hours. You see the finished artwork before you decide to buy anything, which is not something the big portrait brands offer.
- What if I do not like it?
- Then you pay nothing. Tell us what to change and we revise it as many times as you need. If it still is not right, we part as friends and you keep your money.
- Will it actually look like my pet?
- Yes. We work from your photo, so the markings, the colouring and that specific expression carry over. That is the whole point.
- Can you do cats, rabbits and other animals?
- Cats absolutely, and we have yet to meet an animal we could not paint. Rabbits, birds, reptiles, send them over.
- Will it arrive before Halloween?
- The digital file arrives the same day, so it always makes it. For printed pieces, order by 10 October to be safe. We print and ship from the USA, so there is no customs delay.
- Can I get a portrait of a pet who has passed away?
- Yes, and we take those commissions very seriously. Send us whatever photo you have, even an old or slightly blurry one, and tell us about them.
