Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, to every address in the United States. There is no minimum and no surprise fee at checkout.

Digital portraits are not shipped at all. Your artwork is emailed to you, normally within 48 hours of you sending your photo, as a high resolution file you can print at any size.

Physical items are made to order, because every one of them carries your own pet. Artwork is prepared and approved first, then the item is printed and dispatched. Expect delivery within 5 to 12 business days from the moment you approve your preview. Posters ship in a protective tube, ornaments ship boxed.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility. If tracking has not arrived within 7 business days of approval, email info@themuseumofpets.com and we will chase it for you.

We do not currently ship outside the United States.

If a parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo to info@themuseumofpets.com within 14 days of delivery and we will remake and reship it at no cost to you.
